Quality Associate
Quality Assurance (QA) professional with 7 years of experience in both the Biopharmaceutical and Medical Device industries. Shae has a B.S. degree in biochemistry and started straight out of college working in the lab. Shae has worked in a clean lab at a large biopharma CMO and learned how to thrive in an ever changing, fast paced environment while also maintaining a quality mindset. From that experience, Shae has gained an aptitude for documentation compliance and review. I then worked for over 4 years in a QA role at an industry leading biopharmaceutical company reviewing batch records and all the documentation that goes hand in hand with those records. At Innovenn, Shae works in a cross functional Quality role; getting to experience a little bit of everything from being the voice of QA to document control and everything in between.
